Everything has been perfect since buying the car, I haven't had one issue and the buying process was easy as pie with the highest level of excellent customer service. When I came to purchase the car, the Fiesta looked stunning, so spotless, well presented and just as expected.

I have to say W18 cars are a great independent car company. We bought a Renault Clio for my daughter and it was Gary who helped us through purchasing the car, Gary was very professional and friendly and no pressure selling at all. We were able to inspect at our own time without anyone looking over us. This gave us an opportunity to go through it with a fine tooth comb. When we asked for a test drive, no problem. All in all a great service from Gary and W18 cars Ltd. Also after a month or two after the purchase we only had a couple of simple problem. Which I had it sorted at my local garage. Gary had no problem reimbursing me for the work carried out.. Not a lot of car companies will do that. W18 cars Ltd is a great independent car company, I will definitely be back to buy another car in the future, thanks again.

Both my son and daughter bought their cars from W18 Cars in Colne and they had such a positive buying experience so I decided to give them a try myself, I was not disappointed in making the choice to pay them a visit as the service from Gary and Paul was outstanding, I got on with both of them like a house on fire, I am over the 🌙 with my Fiesta, I will see you again Gary and Paul when the time comes for me to buy my next car.

I am well chuffed with my Peugeot I had a couple of niggly bits with my car at the start but once I made W18 Cars Ltd aware of this they were on the ball to put things right for me, I've not had any issues since.. I know Gary's daughter, and this is how I came across them, I am so glad that she recommended this garage to me, the service was phenomenal, I would pass on my recommendations to everyone also.

The whole service was fab from W18 Cars in Colne, when I was looking around at the cars they were not too pushy which is what I really liked about them, they were also really helpful in general I am made up with my Ford Fiesta that I got off them.

I had a Mercedes which was quite old and heavy on the steering, my son in law told me about W18 Cars because he bought his car from them and told me to get the Mazda, I am highly delighted with it, I have just got back from Skipton in it, it is such a nippy car, I am really liking it. I dealt with Gary and Paul they were both polite, gave me all the information I needed, very easy to deal with, no hard selling involved, people are left to browse around the cars without any pressure put on them what so ever. I also had a personalised number plate that I wanted to keep, my husband got this for me before he passed away. They even helped me to put this on my new car. I would certainly recommend W18 Cars to everyone.
