Paul and the team were great so to deal with, it was a really relaxed , friendly sales environment I felt really at ease when buying from them. The Ford Fiesta itself has been a lovely car, I am so happy with it! I would definitely recommend W18 Cars to others, I thought they were fantastic.

Excellent after sales service from W18. Car developed a sticking clutch pedal after a week, was a bit stressed, but reassured by Ross to drop it off, and it would be sorted. Car fully repaired by local garage. Thanks, guys, much appreciated. Really love the car Ford Kuga 😍

Dealing with W18 Cars has been amazing, they have been so courteous I am so happy with how everything is going. I currently have an issue with the steering rack, so the car is back in with them. As I have a job and go to Uni they have provided me with a courtesy car. That was the last thing I was expecting from them I was so impressed! I am really happy with how things are going, they have been absolutely perfect. They have answered all of my questions regarding my car, and they have explained all of the functions of the car to me, as I did come from quite an outdated C1. I have no bad words to say about W18 Cars, they have been absolutely perfect!
