*TIME WASTER!* AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We drove 2 hours to look at a van here, wasting a whole day and spent an hour inspecting the van. We then asked to test drive the van, and the owner at Woodlands reacted as if we had asked him to give it to us for free. He flatly refused to do business with us, simply because we asked to test drive the van. The only way he would let us is if we agreed to the full price before we left, no matter what surprises lay in store when we drove the vehicle. He said he 'got a bad feeling from us', when we were nothing but polite throughout. The bad feeling was probably that we had the knowledge to discover whatever was wrong with his van that he was selling. A ridiculous lack of respect for the customer, an absolute waste of a whole day and a terrible customer experience. I should mention that the owner's son (I presume) was very helpful and friendly but the owner himself either a) had something to hide or b) is just an unpleasant and aggressive person. Either way, the conclusion is obvious, go elsewhere and don't waste your time on this van dealership.
