I bought a ford transit van of woodlands van centre ltd. when i arrived at the van centre the staff was really nice and helpful. the van i went to see was in better condition than i thought it was for the price and i am over the moon with van and the service. and will 100% recommend this company will be back in the future to buy another van in the future.

only just realized you can leave review through car dealer reviews FANTASTIC, So I brought a bipper van, had it on finance, got it home and realized there was oil coming from underneath. I contacted the dealer direct and spoke to a rude person who told me there was nothing he could do and was very arrogant! I called the finance company and told them and they told me to get a diagnosis from an independent garage. I did this and the van was not road worthy so the finance company agreed with the sales man that I would send it back by recovery truck. On arrival, the recovery truck man was greeted with a lot of abuse from the arrogant man on the phone! The van was brought back to me, in the end the finance company took the van and sent it to auction and dealt with the arrogant dealership!! Please be careful if you buy anything from WOODLAND VAN CENTER. They won't take back the vehicle to repair it if there is something wrong with it even if its the same day you brought the vehicle they just leave you in the lurch with a faulty vehicle that is totally unroadworthy and I must stress that the arrogant gentleman is very rude and verbally aggressive over the phone and to your face!!

I bought a Ford Transit just over 3months ago and as I drove it off the forecourt I had an issue with the cigarette lighter socket as I plugged my sat nav in it didn't work. I asked for assistance to which they told me they wouldn't help me as they were too busy to check the fuses or just have a look. I was gob smacked as I had just handed over £4K to then be treated this way. I found the owner extremely rude and once he had my money couldn't care less. Also he registers the poorest warranty scheme just to get a sell. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS DEALER!!!

We brought our second vehicle this year from Woodlands Van Centre. They delivered it in two days. True to their word again, the truck was in excellent condition. Great service, wish all our business dealings were as straight forward, definitely recommend.

Tried to buy a van the other day from Woodlands Van Centre, agreed a price I said I would call in an hr to put deposit down which I did. But to my amazement they told me I had my chance and the price had gone up by a £1000.

I buy at least one used Van a year and generally find it an unpleasant experience with shady dealers who pile on the hard sell. Not so with Woodlands. Steve and his boss were easy going and very pleasant to do business with. A minor issue with a door catch on the sprinter we bought was remedied quickly by Steve. The vehicle is in great condition and i am all round very pleased. I will certainly be checking Woodlands' website for our next purchase.
