Twice tried to get some attention only to be told there would be a 45 min wait as I hadn’t made an appointment. Staff at Evans Halshaw Car Store in Gloucester were too busy chatting to be bothered. No worries there are plenty of places glad of a sale.

Took nearly 6 hours to find out the valuation of our car which was over £1000 less then webuyanycar. I bought 2 cars from Evans Halshaw Car Store Gloucester before but would never buy again!!!

I've always been a bit scared of buying a car, but these guys made it fun. Probably helps that the cars are great quality and the cheapest anywhere on the net, too! Thank you, we'll be back.

To start with the car had not been cleaned inside as promised, there were black marks on the ceiling fabric. There was no Sd card in vehicle when purchased this was supposedly on order. After 6 phone calls over 5 weeks and being given several excuses and promises of getting one to me, I have now been told it would be best to go and get one myself straight from Nissan. Will not consider buying from there again.

they took my money but haven't given it back. test drive it and decide not to purchase, still waiting for refund after 1 and half months, avoid at all costs

We went today to Gloucester Evans Halwshaw Car Store. Appointment for 3 o'clock and we have been waiting for 2 hours for someone who can help us. So after 2 hours someone finally arrived and made us a valuation nearly Ł1000 lower than it was on the website!! And it wasn't old and scrappy car to make it that much lower!! Really disappointing. Customer service doesn't exist. I thought it is going to be really professional and it wasn't. What a waste of time!!
