Changed the price after everything was signed and V5 transferred and they still have £11k of our money and no car - exploitative and fraudulent . Handed from person to person , turns out they made an error with our ref , we pointed it out 4 times , we were honest and vigilant , they were not . Plus blatant discrimination - 2 financially independent females and male approval sought by salesman

Came to have my car valued today to part exchange it to a purchase a new car. Amazing team and Caroline really went out of her way to achieve all my budget and sorted me a gorgeous car just what I wanted

Great service from Thomas, he was very patient and gave us lots of time to look over the car of our choice. He allowed us to have 2 test drives for both my wife and myself, plus we got more money for our trade in than We Buy Any Car. Helena also deserves a mention for going through all the paperwork with speed and efficiency

Lovely service from Vijay yesterday and today in buying a car for our daughter.No hard sales push,professional and a really pleasant guy. Good after sales from Helena also.
No concerns with the staff at Car shop, however the claims of the dealership regarding ‘price match’ are a hoax. They do not live up to the ethos the dealership is claiming to portray. And that is very disappointing to a customer. Would not return and would not recommend !

What a great place to buy a car. Everywhere is immaculately clean with all cars spotless. The staff are so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us in the purchase of our recent car. We have bought many cars over the years and this experience was the best. Special thanks to Jenny who helped with the purchase and Michael who was brilliant sorting every detail of finances for us. We are so pleased with our new car and recommend them to anyone thinking of changing their car. Thanks a lot.
