Went today and had a great visit, handled by Steve where nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended
Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, showroom is immaculate with great cars, well looked after. Purchased a Seat Leon with Junior who I can not praise enough for his help and expertise - making my part exchange and new car sign over an easy and stress-free experience. The car was also in amazing condition. Would recommend Car shop Doncaster and Junior for anybody who is looking for a change of vehicle!

Bought a Mercedes C250 and from start to finish the experience was excellent, no pressure to buy what so ever, ash was very helpful, Jamie lovatt was very informative of our options to buy, the handover from Cameron was straight forward and easy, will definitely be recommending the car shop,
Didnt really look at there reviews when buying my car but will in future bought a car 2nd january this year 2 days later heard a noise had to take it in to get it checked 21st january needed to go specialist for gear box recieved the car back on the 17th of july yes it took 6 months to fix not carshop itself but still needed new clutch pack . So then on the 13th august the gearbox went so back to a specialist it went recieved it back on 3rd september but still couldnt reject vehicle different faults so then on 20th of noverber transmission fault. Back to carshop we cant find any fault so you still cant reject sorry all in all just waiting for it to blow up lol But again the 2 people who ive dealt with have been brill but just make sure you take out warranty youll need it

I put a deposit on a car almost 2 weeks ago everytime I call I get told that I will receive a call back to let me know what’s happening and not once has anyone called me back ,the wait is rediculous!! I have said that I don’t currently have a car and am relying on other transport i also need to book the train to get to Doncaster and they just don’t seem bothered at all ,absolutely disgusting how long it has taken to get the car!
I bought a Nissan Pulsar at the end of February 2020 which I had to have adapted due to my mobility issues. Once I had paid the money any semblance of customer service from the salesman went out of the window. We were ignored as we waited, a long time, for some formalities to be finished. Our "adviser" at one point walked straight past us as if we were not there! I had paid for the extra package which included cleaning materials which were not in the car and had to be asked for 3 times. That package is not cheap. The car has developed two expensive faults after their warranty expired. I think it was overpriced as well as the poor service. I am not going there again in future and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Reserved a car for £100 only for it to be automatically cancelled after 16 days of waiting !!! Terrible customer service take your money else where
