Buying a car from Neil and Cara was a great experience! I trusted them immediately and was correct to do so. They are honest, efficient and reliable. A great car at a reasonable price that included a full service, MOT and a warranty that I have no doubt would be honoured if needed. I highly recommend Maidstone Car Company! When I need a second hand car again, I’ll be back!

Bought a dacia...really nice car and the whole transaction was smooth and brillaintly dealt with. Had a issue with car a few days in and they assured me they would fix it and they did. Really reassuring and great customer service even when it took a lot of time and effort to get to the bottom of the problem . Thanks so much

I had a very positive experience with Maidstone Car Company.
Most of all I am extremely happy with my purchase, but it’s important to flag another couple of very positive elements of the service I received.
1. Cara’s communication was excellent, which really helped in my case as I live a long way from Kent. She answered all of my queries and always made herself available.
2. Both Cara and Neil went out of their way to assist me in collection of the car due to the distance I needed to travel. They did what they could to ensure the transaction was as quick and efficient as possible.
A wonderful service and experience all round 😊

This is how it's done. Being at the other end of the country I was full of questions. Cara answered every one and went that bit extra with more photos and checks.
Car was as described, actually was better in the flesh so to speak. Neil came along on the test drive I wasn't rushed and he even offered me a shot on the motorway. That's rare.
Buy a car at Maidstone Car Company. You will not be pressured which is a must for me. Neil and Cara are incredibly helpful and put you at ease instantly. All the paperwork was done all I had to do was sign.
The car a month in my possession now, hasn't given me an inkling of a problem and drove the 560 odd miles home without issues. There was the test. Cara even paid my toll on the Dartford crossing. Who does that?
If I were to buy another I'd know where to go. I'd have no problems recommending family and friends too.
Great service. Great people. Great vehicle. What more can I say?

After contacting Maidstone Car company and enquiring about a car for my daughter to help her learn to drive, Cara was extremely polite and professional throughout our communications.
Due to another potential customer viewing the car before we could we were disappointed but still expressed our interest just in case the sale fell through. Sadly for the other buyer they could not proceed but that meant we could buy the car. We had to wait a few days until Cara informed us that the car was available for us to view and purchase. Cara kindly kept me updated throughout. When it came to viewing and buying the car, Neil was great, we went on a test drive and he had kindly filled the tank with enough petrol for us to get home. The car had a service and MOT on the day we collected it so it was ready to go. Great car, great service, thanks Maidstone Car Company.
