Travelled 5 hours just to head down to these guys! Honestly, wish it was closer because these are the only guys I'd go to. Cannot fault them at all. First time coming down to Preston Audi and I'm glad I did. Loving my new Q8, and it honestly could not have gone better. Absolute top notch dealership. Customer service is A1, and I definitely suggest anyone looking for an Audi to save yourself the hassle and just come straight down to these lads.

Had my A1 for just over a month now. Luckily, touchwood, I’m having no issues with it so far. I was really impressed with the experience, and everything was all good to go when I got there. The paperwork was prepped, and the car was ready, so cannot thank them enough. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who’s looking to buy an Audi.

Have been down to Preston Audi before and had to go back. Really enjoying my new Q2. And to top it off the purchase process was really quick and easy. There was no delays, and I wasn’t waiting around all day, which is hard to find with dealerships these days. I cannot think of anything they need to work on.

First time heading down to Preston Audi, and I’m loving my new Q5. Driving it is lovely, it’s a really smooth car, bit big though haha. But aside from that, yeah, I have nothing bad to say about the guys down there. There customer service was all good, which made the experience class.

Everything was just perfect. No issues, and I would for sure come back for the next car. It was a first-time visit, but I was really impressed with the service so absolutely recommend. There was a few little stone chips on the vehicle, but as soon as I made Audi aware, they were happy to sort it.

Unfortunately, on the day of purchase there was a lot going on, and I had to rush the process. But big shoutout to Preston Audi as they invited me to come down again just to make sure they can go through everything with the car and make sure I have all the knowledge I need. Everything was absolutely perfect. It was all dealt with, and just an easy process. The customer service was excellent, and it was actually a 3rd time visit. They constantly kept me up to date, and the communication was spot on. I can’t think of anything they’d need to improve on. Just to add also, Darren was excellent. He went above and beyond, absolute 5-star experience.

I live quite a distance from Preston Audi, but I have to say they made the drive up there worth it. I am over the moon with my Audi Q7. It is in brilliant condition and exceeds all my expectations. The team at Preston Audi went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
