Really friendly garage, helpful and attentive. Rectified faults promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend and use again

Overall, very good. Bought my fiat 500 from here. No pressure to buy and the guy was very knowledgable about the car. I noticed slight damage to the wing mirror but this was fixed before I picked up the car. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend family and friends. As a woman, entering car dealerships can sometimes feel a bit intimidating... but not here. Only negative is that it is hard to find

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE-AVOID!! Although I thankfully didn't buy a car from these. I felt it important to warn others not to do so.Went to look at a car with them,test drove it and there was a terrible noise as if the brake pads/disks had worn away,or suspension had gone at the front. prior to this there was no service book,and some dodgy looking service printouts each year but each with zero miles.thank god I test drove before but a thoroughly wasted journey.avoid!!

Hello, Please stay away from this Henley Cars Limited. I really really would, they are dishonest and untrustworthy. I would not recommend you buy a wheel barrow from them. I purchased a car they advertised as serviced. It wasn't. When I checked the oil level at home, it was completely empty, had 2 illegal tyres and no tax. The exhaust needed replacing and the headlight was faulty. I contacted Henley Cars Limited, and they agreed it had not been serviced, as advertised ( which is a trading offence) and agreed to £100 refund, ( it cost £332 for service headlight and exhaust. £201 for 2 new tyres. After countless emails and phone calls the £100 was not been paid. Please pleaee stay away from this garage. Disgusting service. They are only interested in money, not you, your car or your SAFETY.
