Resolving issues

Although I am happy with the car I have bought, I was not too happy with the service provided. They gave a me a price for the car and then once this was agreed they kept adding £200 here and there for minor repairs etc which I thought should have been done prior to agreeing the price with me. It is for this reason that I wouldn't recommend them. I expected an honest and easy service and this purchase was not that.
