From start to 'finish' I had issue after issue with Prestige Cars of Essex, only 'positive' communication I got from them was when they was chasing payment!!
6 weeks after purchase Im still awaiting my V5C document (ive had to apply for a new one at my cost) and in doing this I also found out that the car is not taxed in my name despite the company stating they had done this!!
Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

wow where to start...dodgy MOTs, cars sold with faults, warranties not adhered to, refused payments. The list goes on. Brad was an absolute nightmare as well please avoid that waste of space as he thinks he is some big gangster. Reality is quite different. Do yourself a favour and go to a reputable dealer as these are the complete opposite

I BOUGHT A CAR 12 MONTHS AGO FROM PRESTIGE CARS OF ESSEX WITH A YEARS MOT ONLY TO FIND THE TYRES WERE DOWN TO THE CANVAS, DID ONLY 800 MILES WHEN CAR HAD ENGINE TROUBLE, IT TOOK 11 MONTHS FOR THEM TO REPAIR. PHONED THEM ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS BUT WERE ALWAYS TO BUSY. THEY OFFERED TO REPLACE THE TYRES BUT WHEN ASK THEM FOR THE MONEY FOR THE TYRES AS PROMISED THEY JUST PUT THE PHONE DOWN. DON'T TRUST A WORD THEY SAY, NOT HONEST, TYPICAL CON MEN

OMG where do i start with Prestige Cars of Essex, i have never come across such an unprofessional car dealer. Rude, unprofessional, no customer service skills what so ever after they have sold you the car to you.
I purchased a Mercedes GLA, was told it had Sat Nav, DAB Radio, ESP and was in pristine condition. Well the Sat Nav does not work, the SD card in the car belongs to another vehicle, was told a new one was ordered, 2 weeks on i am still waiting for it. Was told it had arrived and would be posted to me, still no sign of it. Every time you call them, they either say they have to call you back but never do or they put the phone down mid conversation. They use wrong pictures in their advertising, it has taken me 3 weeks to get my spare key. Photo on ad showed 2 keys hanging from the ignition, the car i purchased does not have an ignition only a start stop button, clearly the pic was not of the car i purchased. They do not deserve one star. I would strongly advise never to buy from them. I am now taking things further through the ombudsman etc.

I’m taking Prestige Cars of Essex to court and the FCA. Spent £70,000 on dream car. After they took 10 weeks to repair a small fault they refused to respond correctly to major warranty repairs. Please don’t be fooled (like I was) by their slick manner. Their conduct if problems develop is against the rules of the FCA.
