I have just used Prestige Cars of Essex at Leys Farm, Ongar, for the second time to sell my high value car and would not hesitate to recommend them. Having been offered insulting trade-in prices elsewhere they not only achieved excellent prices but funds were in my account the same day. They are able to offer buyers finance and Saved me all the trouble and risks of trying to sell privately. I will definitely use them again, great service from a lovely team.

Be warned, prestige cars of essex talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Despite being a condition of sale they have failed to respond to my calls and send me the mats for the car I bought 3 months on. I told them I was going to write a bad review and they're not bothered... Beware.

be careful of prestige cars of essex ,I bought Audi A3 sline for £ 14,500 in this company , I live in Manchester so I trusted them ,they had beautiful pictures and a great description , they assured me that everything is perfect not any problems with the car they sent me video of car and they said to me that car had full Audi service story and MOT, everything was not ! after delivered the car, I went to Audi to do MOT was crazy, MOT fail , too many things not good, I’m spent £400 only for this, the back door in the past had to be scratched because was really badly painted, now I’m spent £400 for repainted, and still they don’t give me service history, last service was in 2015 in Audi . be careful when you buy a car there, they have a lot of beautiful cars only visually , check each car with a flashlight if you decide to buy a car there , but better go to Audi Store or real dealer . All staff there not professional and not serious I do not recommend ,save stress and your money .

I was interested in a A45 for sale at Prestige Cars of Essex. I was in contact with them on instagram, then they stopped repying. I spoke to to someone on the website chat, they said they would call or email me then I received nothing. Some thing happened again. I put in a request for information on the website, I also received nothing. Someone then got in contact with me on email, they were really slow to reply, they then stopped replying another day passed then they sold the car.

If you love your self please dont buy cars from them. Buying Range Rover Evouqe £21000 from prestige car of essex is my biggest mistake. Worst customer service ever and the car condition is really BAD and its illegal to sale cars to customers with out revealing the state of the car. To be honest i dont know where to start from with the list of faults in this car. I will make sure FCA Financial Conduct Authority help me to take up my case.

I don’t know where to start with this appalling dealership, from start to end they have lied and gone back on their word. I brought my car back in February with a 3 month warranty - they have refused to do work that is covered under the warranty and repeatedly told me send and email to Tom.... I have called over 20 times and send about 6 emails, not once have I been responded to. I have no log book due to there incompetence. the office lies saying yes we will do this that and the other for you and then completely goes back on what she’s said. When I question her regarding things she’s aware she’s said .... she’s puts the phone down.
